Job Summary

As a Guest Advocate at Target, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. You will be responsible for handling guest transactions, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional guest service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Handle guest transactions, including cash, credit, and mobile payments
* Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and guest services area
* Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide a positive guest experience

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required
* 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to lift up to 10 pounds and stand for long periods of time
