Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Kia Sales Representative to join our team at Ourisman Chantilly Kia. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Approach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot.
  • Vehicle Selection: Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
  • Product Knowledge: Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospects.
  • Optional Equipment: Describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase.
  • Rapport Building: Build strong rapport with customers.
  • Sales Presentation: Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new/used vehicles.
  • Objection Handling: Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards.
  • Reporting: Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills.
  • Positive Personality: Positive and energetic personality.
  • Outgoing Personality: Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections & negotiating.
  • Driver's License: Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Physical Demands: Must be comfortable with intermittent/continuous movement inside and outside to greet customers, show vehicles and coordinate deliveries.
