Job Summary

We are currently hiring full-time Occupational Therapist positions to serve students in pre-K through 12th grade. The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy and a valid Virginia OT license. Strong Occupational Therapist Assistants with the right credentials are also encouraged to apply.

Duties and Responsibilities

The selected candidate will conduct assessments to identify speech and language disorders, implement individualized therapy plans, and work collaboratively with teachers and parents to integrate speech and language goals into students' educational plans. A moderate case load of diverse students with varying communication needs will be managed by the successful candidate.

Qualifications and Requirements
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Valid Virginia OT license
  • Open to strong Occupational Therapist Assistants (OTAs) candidates with the right credentials
