We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team at SPG Therapy & Education. Salary and Benefits

We offer a robust, competitive compensation package, including medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401K with company matching, student loan pay-down program, and professional dues and materials reimbursement. Our estimated salary range is $56.00 - $65.00 per hour, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer an extra payment for summer work and year-round placements.

Responsibilities
  • Determine eligibility for physical therapy through evaluation, including standardized assessments, functional outcome measures, observations, and interviews.
  • Establish a plan of care with individualized SMART goals and provide accurate and thorough documentation in accordance with legal guidelines.
  • Design and implement treatment through 1:1 direct, motor groups, and consultation services.
  • Engage in active and effective collaboration and communication with children, colleagues, professionals, and caregivers.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have a CA Physical Therapy license or eligibility pending, a love for helping children reach their potential, highly developed interpersonal and technical skills, fingerprint background clearance, and tuberculosis (TB) clearance.
