Position Summary

As a Houseperson, your role will involve assisting the housekeeping department by performing various tasks aimed at maintaining cleanliness and orderliness throughout the resort. Your contributions will be essential in ensuring that our guests enjoy a pristine environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and clean guest accommodations, including changing linens, vacuuming, and dusting.
  • Restock supply closets with fresh linens, towels, and essential items.
  • Address requests from staff and guests, such as providing additional towels or making beds.
  • Inspect the property to ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance.
  • Report maintenance concerns to the housekeeping supervisor.
Qualifications
  • Exhibit a friendly and positive attitude.
  • Possess a strong work ethic and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Demonstrate effective communication and customer service skills.
  • Comfortable working in various outdoor weather conditions.
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
