Job Summary

RAYUS Radiology is seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer II to provide routine preventive and corrective maintenance for diagnostic imaging equipment. As a key member of our team, you will ensure the optimal performance of our imaging equipment, providing excellent customer service and adhering to professional standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance (70%):
    • Perform routine and preventive maintenance and calibrations on diagnostic imaging equipment within recommended guidelines.
    • Conduct emergency repair for all imaging equipment.
    • Order and source parts.
    • Perform testing and calibration of imaging equipment on a regular basis.
    • Troubleshoot diagnostic imaging equipment from a remote site using computer technology.
  • Documentation and Communication (25%):
    • Document preventive and corrective maintenance performed and related invoices in maintenance connection.
    • Complete and submit work log and repair ticket information in a timely manner to support utilization and equipment maintenance management analysis and tracking.
    • Maintain positive attitude and working relationships with radiologists, vendors, peers, and other associates.
    • Communicate equipment status with radiologists, technologists, and vendors as needed.
    • Participate in scheduled market management meetings, providing updates on all imaging equipment.
  • Additional Tasks (5%):
    • Complete other tasks and projects as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree in electronic technology.
  • Minimum of 5 years field service engineer experience, with OEM training on at least one major device.
  • 2 years diagnostic imaging machine repair, or related equipment experience.
  • Microsoft Office Suite experience.
  • Valid driver's license and proof of current insurance.
