Renal Care Specialist

About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Total Renal Care, Inc. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced dialysis setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate and individualized care to patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient progress and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest dialysis techniques and best practices.

Requirements:
- Current LPN-LVN license in the state of practice.
- CPR certification.
- IV certification (if required by state regulations).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completed training program approved by the medical director and the governing body (as required by CMS guidelines).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year's experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
- BONENT or CHT certification (if required by state regulation).
