We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Elite Home Health. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.
About the Role
As a Registered Nurse with Elite Home Health, you will be responsible for:
- Providing comprehensive nursing care to patients in their homes, as prescribed by physicians and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Coordinating care with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to ensure seamless and effective patient care.
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans that meet the unique needs and goals of each patient.
- Conducting regular assessments to evaluate patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
- Collaborating with patients and their families to educate them on disease management, medication, and other health-related topics.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
- Current CPR certification.
- Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
