We are a leading provider of fire protection solutions, and we're looking for a skilled Fire Suppression Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

As a Fire Suppression Specialist, you will be responsible for performing service and repairs on fire suppression systems, including portable fire extinguishers, kitchen hood systems, and suppression gas systems. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and installing these systems, as well as reading and interpreting blueprints, diagrams, and operational product manuals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform service and repairs on fire suppression systems
  • Troubleshoot and install fire suppression systems
  • Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and operational product manuals
  • Manage daily service calls and customer activity
  • Work with clean agent systems, dry chemical systems, and special hazards

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Outstanding customer-facing service and problem-solving skills
  • PC skills, including Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • FEL-A certification
  • Valid US driver's license

Preferred Qualifications

  • Manufacturer certifications, such as ANSUL or Kiddie PyroChem
  • RMEI and multi-license certifications
