About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver direct instruction and programs to enhance communication, daily living skills, social skills, and play skills in clients with Autism.
  • Manage challenging behaviors and develop creative strategies to maintain client motivation.
  • Collaborate with clients, families, and therapy teams to ensure effective program implementation.
  • Collect and analyze data on client progress using Central Reach.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay up-to-date on best practices in ABA.
  • Adhere to company policies, HIPAA regulations, and confidentiality guidelines.
Requirements
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification.
  • Knowledge of general ABA practices and principles.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
