Job Title: Behavior Technician / Registered Behavior Technician (In-Home)We are seeking enthusiastic and compassionate individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians/Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide 1:1 care using the principles of ABA in the homes of the families we serve.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement individualized strength-based treatment plans.
- Collect data, monitor progress, and support client development in areas including communication, leisure and independent play, social skills, and daily living skills.
- Manage problematic/interfering behaviors through effective intervention strategies.
- Provide regular updates to the clinical team regarding client progress.
- Maintain a positive and respectful environment at all times.
- Effectively communicate with parents and caregivers, fostering collaborative relationships.
- High school degree or higher.
- Preferably a portion of or complete bachelor's degree in child development, psychology, or early education.
- RBT certification in good standing preferred.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Passion for working with children.
- Reliable transportation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to successfully complete a background check.
- Eagerness to grow and learn.
- Willingness to support others within the team.
- Flexibility and open-mindedness.
- Excitement for personal and professional development.
