Overview

We are looking for a Cybersecurity Technical Support Specialist to become a vital part of our team, contributing to the mission of the Office of Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) and the Center for Security Evaluation (CSE). This role is designed to assist in fulfilling the requirements of the Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 702.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate client data and systems through advanced data analysis and mapping methodologies.
  • Assist the project manager in overseeing project timelines and ensuring timely delivery of client outputs.
  • Perform assessments of vendor tool capabilities and provide recommendations for tool selection to government stakeholders.
  • Facilitate collaboration across various business and technology sectors to ensure the delivery of holistic technical solutions.
  • Create comprehensive reports, decision-making documents, project schedules, performance metrics, and presentations for senior management and external partners.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 8 years' experience in roles such as technical analyst, systems engineer, or intelligence analyst.
  • Ability to swiftly acquire new skills and knowledge in a practical setting.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and tools.
  • Experience interacting with senior-level officials within an organization.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience or a Master’s degree with prior relevant experience.
  • Experience in establishing an intelligence cycle workflow for clients and stakeholders.
