Job Title: Primary Therapist

The Renfrew Center of Paramus, NJ is seeking a full-time Licensed Primary Therapist/Behavioral Health Clinician to join our team.

About the Role

We are committed to providing a warm, nurturing environment where every woman can actively participate in her own growth and recovery. As a Primary Therapist, you will play a vital role in delivering individual, family, and group therapy for adults and adolescents, as well as case management services.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions
  • Collaborate with referral sources and outpatient teams
  • Communicate with insurance companies to ensure continued authorization of case load
  • Participate as an active member of the treatment team
  • Maintain clinical documentation in a timely manner
Requirements
  • MS or PsyD or PhD required
  • LSW, LPC or LMFT required or provisional
  • Experience working with patients who have eating disorders is strongly preferred
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment is preferred
  • Bilingual a plus
