Job Opportunity at The Renfrew Center

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Primary Therapist/Behavioral Health Clinician to join our team at The Renfrew Center of Paramus, NJ.

Job Summary

As a key member of our treatment team, you will provide individual, family, and group therapy for adults and adolescents, as well as case management services. You will work collaboratively with referral sources and outpatient teams to ensure seamless care coordination.

Responsibilities
  • Provide evidence-based therapy for patients with eating disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Communicate effectively with insurance companies and referral sources
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Requirements

We are seeking a candidate with a Master's or Doctoral degree in a relevant field, as well as licensure as an LSW, LPC, or LMFT. Experience working with patients with eating disorders is highly preferred, as is bilingualism. A fast-paced environment and evening shifts are required.
