POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our practice, focusing on enhancing patient oral health through preventive care and education.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
_
- Perform thorough cleaning of teeth and gums, utilizing specialized dental tools.
- Maintain accurate records of patient medical histories and treatment plans.
- Conduct examinations of gums to identify signs of periodontal disease.
- Utilize x-ray technology to assess dental conditions.
- Document findings related to dental decay and disease for the dentist's review.
- Assess lymph nodes to check for abnormalities that may indicate oral health issues.
- Deliver educational services to promote oral health awareness among patients.
- Apply preventive agents to combat dental decay.
- Manage patient recall systems effectively.
- Administer local anesthetics as needed.
- Remove excess materials from dental surfaces.
- Advocate for preventive dental practices to enhance patient care.
- Undertake additional duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:

- Medicine and Dentistry: Understanding of techniques for diagnosing and treating oral health issues.

- Customer Service: Proficiency in assessing customer needs and ensuring service quality.

- Biology: Familiarity with biological systems and their interactions.

- Education and Training: Knowledge of effective teaching methods and curriculum design.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Current CPR certification.
