Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Foremen and Superintendents with various tasks, including setup and teardown, and gather necessary tools.
  • Perform a range of duties, such as landscaping, painting, light construction, and material removal.
  • Adhere to safe operation procedures, wear Personal Protective Equipment, and use proper tools to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Be a team player, showing up on time, ready to work with a positive attitude, and maintaining respect for self, co-workers, managers, and clients.
  • Uphold the company's values internally and externally, providing positive representation of LEAD Staffing.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in construction or a related field.
  • Physical stamina to safely lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs, stand/walk up to 100% of the time, and work in various weather conditions.
  • Reliable transportation for commuting to job sites.
  • Flexibility to work overtime, Saturdays, and some Sundays.
  • Strong organizational and listening skills, with the ability to communicate effectively.
