Transportation Coordinator

About the Job:
As a Field Dispatcher at STG Logistics, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of field activities. Your primary responsibility will be to dispatch work assignments to field personnel, ensuring they are properly allocated and executed.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Dispatch work assignments to field personnel, ensuring proper allocation and execution.
- Monitor and address late board issues promptly to drive compliance with scheduling.
- Maintain effective communication with transportation supervision to ensure drivers execute assignments successfully.
- Ensure all assigned tasks are completed and marked as finished daily.
- Provide primary phone and Google Voice coverage, being the main point of contact for communication.
What You'll Need:
- Ability to handle staggered start times and hourly dispatch requirements effectively.
- Strong organizational skills to manage and dispatch work assignments efficiently.
- Attention to detail and time management skills to monitor and address late board compliance.
- Effective communication skills to interact with transportation supervision and operations specialists.
- Proactive and responsive approach to ensure timely task completion.
- Proficiency in using phone and Google Voice for communication purposes.
