Position Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Master Electrician (E-1) to pioneer our electrical division. This full-time position will involve overseeing the installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems and components. The role will report directly to the General Manager and will be based in our expanding office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and lead the electrical department as our inaugural Electrician hire
  • Execute electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks
  • Identify and resolve electrical issues and malfunctions
  • Conduct wiring and rewiring of various structures
  • Engage in training sessions, meetings, and company events
  • Build strong relationships with customers to provide effective solutions and services

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

  • Safety is paramount; must possess a solid understanding of safe working practices and OSHA regulations
  • Regular tasks will require sitting, standing, walking, stooping, and using hands for controls, as well as hearing and speaking
  • Ability to climb ladders, work in varying temperatures, and navigate small spaces is essential
  • Must be capable of lifting and/or moving over 50 lbs consistently
  • Work conditions may vary with seasons and project scope, necessitating outdoor work

The compensation for this role ranges from $35 to $42 per hour, contingent on relevant experience, skills, and knowledge, with additional performance-based incentives. A comprehensive benefits package will also be provided.

Qualifications

  • Proven knowledge and experience with electrical systems and installation techniques
  • Familiarity with ServiceTitan is advantageous
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Aspiring to grow within the company and manage a team of electricians
