Requirements
  • U.S. attorney with at least four years of experience in patent law, particularly in the pharmaceutical, biotech, and life science sectors.
  • Registered with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
  • Advanced degree in chemistry, biology, immunology, or biochemistry (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
