We're looking for a U.S. attorney with at least four years of experience in patent law, particularly in the pharmaceutical, biotech, and life science sectors. You'll need to be registered with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and have an advanced degree in chemistry, biology, immunology, or biochemistry (or equivalent experience). If you have in-house experience with small molecule chemistry, that's a big plus.
