As a Lead Financial Solutions Specialist, you will engage with our members to enhance their financial well-being. This position involves facilitating meaningful discussions to assess members' current and future financial needs. You will provide expert advice on a wide range of financial matters by recommending appropriate lending and deposit solutions, along with additional services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Member Consultation: Collaborate with members to identify the best solutions for their borrowing requirements through various channels, including in-branch visits and virtual consultations.
- Loan Education: Offer guidance and insights on loan products, conduct credit assessments, and ensure accurate processing of loan applications.
- Deposit Services: Advise members on available deposit products, assist in opening accounts, and foster relationships with new members.
- Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to introduce additional services based on member interactions and needs.
- Financial Education: Build lasting relationships with members through effective communication and by providing valuable financial education.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Bilingual candidates are preferred.
- Experience as a Universal Banker is advantageous.
- Ability to obtain a Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) number.
- Two years of experience in retail finance or a sales environment, with a preference for candidates with lending experience.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficient in basic business mathematics.
- Knowledgeable about deposit accounts and loan products.
- Problem-solving abilities with a focus on member service.
- Adaptability to changing responsibilities.
