RJ Rasmussen Plumbing & Heating is seeking a highly skilled Underground Division Lead / Excavation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our excavation and underground work crew, you will be responsible for leading your team, providing hands-on direction, and ensuring every job is completed on time and without avoidable setbacks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of excavation specialists and provide experienced, hands-on direction
  • Ensure every job is completed on time and without avoidable setbacks
  • Perform manual labor and operate heavy equipment as needed

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in excavation and heavy equipment operation
  • Ability to perform manual labor and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
