Job Description

As a Property Management Assistant - Customer Service Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our storage facility. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Customer Service:

  • Responding to client inquiries and resolving concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients, both in-person and over the phone.

Facility Operations:

  • Assisting in the day-to-day operations of the storage facility.
  • Conducting unit inspections and maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the facility.

Financial Transactions:

  • Processing rental agreements and handling financial transactions accurately.

Security Measures:

  • Implementing and enforcing security measures to ensure the safety of the facility and its contents.

Miscellaneous:

  • Assisting in marketing efforts to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
  • Collaborating with the facility manager to achieve sales and occupancy targets.
