Your Responsibilities: To create Raving Fans among our Associates, Guests, Purveyors, Partners, and the Communities we serve.

Overview: The Guest Services team is dedicated to ensuring a positive first impression and making our guests feel valued both on the phone and in person. This role involves managing guest seating in the dining area to ensure quality service, guest satisfaction, and to optimize sales opportunities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

Arriving on time as per the work schedule, maintaining a clean and professional uniform, and practicing good personal hygiene during all shifts. Upholding hospitality standards, addressing guest inquiries, and prioritizing guest satisfaction in handling requests and complaints. Collaborating with management and colleagues to assist with various tasks as needed, and providing constructive feedback for improvement. Adhering to all national, state, and local safety, health, and sanitation regulations as outlined by the restaurant, reporting any unsafe conditions, and using materials and equipment appropriately. Being knowledgeable about emergency procedures within the restaurant. Performing all duties and maintaining awareness of all standards and procedures as detailed in the associate handbook.
