We are seeking a skilled Medical Director to join our team at Physician Empire in California. As a leading healthcare provider, we offer an exceptional opportunity for professional growth and development.
CompensationThe compensation package includes a base salary of $300,000 per year, guaranteed with opportunities for negotiation based on experience. Additionally, candidates may be eligible for a negotiable sign-on bonus and relocation bonus.
Job SummaryThis is a full-time position as a General Psychiatrist in a community health center setting. The successful candidate will have expertise in managing complex patient cases and providing high-quality care to underserved populations. With 100% outpatient practice, you will enjoy a comfortable work-life balance without call obligations or weekends.
Key Responsibilities- Provide medical direction and oversight to ensure quality patient care.
- Manage and develop comprehensive treatment plans for patients.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records.
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following qualifications:
- Board Eligible or Certified by the American Board of Psychiatry.
- Residency-trained General Psychiatrist with experience in managing suboxone induction and managed care.
- Able to work effectively with translators and communicate with Spanish-speaking patients.
