Your Impact as a Wound Care Specialist
In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a daily impact on patients' lives by providing high-quality care to critically ill or unstable patients who have experienced extensive injury, surgery, or life-threatening diseases. As a member of our team, you will wear many hats, from patient advocate to family advisor and friend.
Responsibilities and QualificationsThe responsibilities of this role include assessing wounds, cleaning and bandaging, and collaborating with the care team to deliver quality care. A passion for delivering quality care is essential for success in this position.
Requirements
- A minimum of an associate's degree in nursing
- Licensure to practice as a registered nurse in Texas
- BLS skills
- A minimum of one year of RN experience
- Prior MedSurg experience is preferred, as is a bachelor's degree in nursing
- Prior charge experience is also desired
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $44.90, which reflects the market conditions in the Greater Houston area.
