Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, social sciences, or related field.
  • Five years of management experience in a social services environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of workforce development regulations and laws, including WIOA.
