Job Summary:

As a Registered Nurse Supervisor at the Arc of Westchester, you will play a vital role in coordinating and supervising nursing and healthcare services provided in our agency residential programs. Your expertise will ensure compliance with all relevant nursing regulations and policies, creating a safe and supportive environment for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement nursing care plans that meet the unique needs of our clients.
  • Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure high-quality care and adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and services.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of nursing services and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.

Requirements:

  • A diploma or degree in professional nursing, in accordance with NYS Education Law (NYS Education Law, Article 139, Nursing, 69050.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or matriculated in program required. Master's degree preferred, and at least 2 years of nursing supervisory experience.
  • Current NYS license as a Professional Registered Nurse, and a NYS driver's license.
  • Experience working as a nurse in OPWDD approved program preferred.

Salary/Pay:
* $46- $48/hr
