**Requirements**

  • 2-3 years of experience managing a team of 10-20 sales associates in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Proven track record of managing profitability and driving business growth.
  • **ASE certification** preferred, but not required.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED), Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred.
