Employee Training Coordinator

Royal Health Group is a leading provider of personalized care services in the Cape locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing and education, with at least 3 years of experience in Long-Term Care.
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director of Nursing (DON), Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON), and Staff Development Coordinator (SDC) with maintaining employee educational and training files.
- Additional duties and responsibilities as needed.
Requirements:
- A current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification in Massachusetts.
- At least 3 years of experience in Long-Term Care.
- Strong computer skills.
- Ability to work independently.
