Key Responsibilities
  • Teach, coach, and provide leadership to store crew members to ensure excellent customer service and maximize sales.
  • Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, kitchen equipment maintenance, safety, and cleanliness.
  • Actively participate in monitoring supply levels and implementing store policies and practices.
  • Work closely with the Store Manager to achieve unit goals and strengthen the team's contribution.
Requirements
  • 2 years of retail management experience.
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
  • Valid Driver License.
  • Ability to work a rotating 3-week schedule with an expected 45-hour work week.
