As a Highway/Roads Engineer at HDR, you'll play a critical role in shaping the world's transportation infrastructure. You'll work under the direction of a Project Manager to develop engineering designs for urban and rural highway/roadway projects, collaborating with cross-discipline teams to deliver high-quality results.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing detailed engineering designs for roadway and highway projects
  • Collaborating with CAD Designers and other engineers to ensure project deliverables meet client expectations
  • Participating in site feasibility analysis, final design, and construction phases
  • Assuming project management duties and interacting with clients as needed
  • Performing other duties as required

We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual with a minimum of 3 years of experience in all aspects of roadway engineering design. If you have a Bachelor's degree, a Professional Engineer (PE) license, and hands-on experience with CAD engineering software, we want to hear from you
