Overview:
Forward Dental - Waukesha is seeking a skilled Dental Receptionist to provide exceptional patient care and support to our front office team.

  • Part Time Position (Wednesday, Thursday, and alternating Fridays)

As a Dental Receptionist, you will be responsible for greeting patients, managing front office duties, and utilizing Dentrix for patient scheduling and records. You will also schedule and confirm appointments, file patient insurance claims, and post insurance and patient payments.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome patients to create a positive first impression
Manage front office duties, including answering phones and communicating with patients and insurance companies
Utilize Dentrix for patient scheduling and records
Schedule and confirm appointments for multiple providers
File patient insurance claims and follow up on outstanding claims
Post insurance and patient payments and process accounts receivables
