At DAVITA, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Renal Therapist in the Scranton area. About the Role:
- Provide expert care to patients in a hospital setting, delivering specialty nephrology services through various renal therapies, including Hemodialysis, Peritoneal Dialysis, Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT), and Apheresis.
- Work collaboratively with a dynamic interdisciplinary team to develop individualized treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each patient.
- Utilize your expertise to oversee patient observations, measuring vital signs, and ensuring the proper setup of dialysis equipment.
- Deliver lifesaving care during regularly scheduled shifts, with flexibility to work varying schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N.) from an accredited school of nursing, or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N.), or three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program.
- No prior dialysis experience is required; however, ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg experience may be beneficial.
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
