We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at Bear Creek Senior Living, a premier assisted living and memory care provider in the Western United States. As a Cook, you will play a vital role in preparing high-quality meals for our residents, ensuring their nutritional needs are met and their dining experience is exceptional.
Responsibilities:- Prepare and cook meals in accordance with food health and safety regulations, as well as company standards.
- Assist in maintaining a well-organized and efficient food service department.
- Demonstrate a complete understanding of all basic food production skill sets with the ability to perform these error-free and meet the company quality standards.
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in a similar position.
- Experience and/or knowledge of special diets, meal preparation for large groups preferred.
- Safe food handling techniques are required.
- Ability to read and understand recipes.
- Work in a team environment.
- Work flexible shifts.
- Handle multiple tasks at one time and communicate effectively verbally and/or in writing.
- $
