Position Overview:
  • Contract Review: Assess contracts, specifications, and drawings to accurately define project scope.
  • Pricing Analysis: Evaluate pricing proposals from subcontractors and suppliers to ensure competitive and fair estimates.
  • Cost Estimation: Generate detailed estimates by calculating costs and formulating construction methodologies.
  • Proposal Development: Assist in crafting proposal responses and strategizing bids to enhance our competitive edge.
  • Risk Assessment: Analyze historical project data to identify potential risks and mitigate them effectively.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the project team and participate in bid meetings to ensure alignment and clarity.

Qualifications:
