  • Strong commitment to customer service and ethical practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Basic mathematical skills and ability to analyze numerical data.
  • Familiarity with office equipment and virtual communication tools.
  • Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
