KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Adhere to company policies and procedures; report any incidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions to management; ensure a professional appearance and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information; safeguard company resources.
  • Greet and acknowledge guests in accordance with company standards; proactively address guests' service requirements; assist guests with disabilities; express gratitude to guests sincerely.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally; answer phone calls with proper etiquette.
  • Foster and maintain positive working relationships; collaborate with the team to achieve shared objectives; listen and respond effectively to employee concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with quality assurance protocols.
  • Be prepared to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
  • Handle, lift, carry, push, pull, and place items weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance. Exhibit a strong commitment to customer service with a friendly demeanor.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Execute other reasonable job responsibilities as assigned by Supervisors.
