About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Counselor Supervisor to join our team at BayMark Health Services. As a key member of our clinical team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality counseling services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Mentor Counselors: Provide guidance and support to our counseling staff, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to provide exceptional care to our patients.
  • Lead Clinical Operations: Oversee the intake process, review assessment quality, and make informed decisions regarding pre-admission and case reviews.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular file reviews to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Clinical Record Management: Ensure accurate and up-to-date clinical records are maintained in accordance with federal and state regulations.
  • Staff Development: Provide ongoing supervision and training to clinicians, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Licensure: Current licensure as an independently licensed clinician and supervisor in New Mexico (LISW/LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, LPAT, psychologist, psychiatrist, or LADAC for substance use disorder).
  • Experience: Previous experience working with chemically dependent individuals.
  • Attitude and Skills: Demonstrate a positive, non-judgmental, and accepting attitude toward our patient population, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Certifications: Satisfactory criminal background check and drug screen.
