Leadership Development Program

Our 12-month program is designed to give you an immersive leadership experience at one of our 60+ domestic locations. You will spend time learning and working in every business sector of your location, gaining hands-on knowledge of what positions, equipment, and materials are involved in each specific production process.

You will provide support to the QA team, further your understanding of GMP, SSOP, and HACCP protocols, and gain working knowledge of food safety and quality assurance testing procedures. You will also participate in food safety team and USDA meetings, familiarize yourself with customer relations and complaint procedures, and work alongside the quality assurance team to develop an understanding of how all the roles serve the facility.

The last 4 months of the program will provide hands-on training in an area of interest with the intention of final placement into a leadership role.

Responsibilities
  • Support the QA team in ensuring the quality and safety of our products
  • Develop a thorough understanding of GMP, SSOP, and HACCP protocols
  • Gain working knowledge of food safety and quality assurance testing procedures
  • Participate in food safety team and USDA meetings
  • Familiarize yourself with customer relations and complaint procedures
  • Work alongside the quality assurance team to develop an understanding of how all the roles serve the facility
  • Complete a challenging project that aligns with key performance indicators (KPI's) and impacts our bottom line
  • Participate in three group-based Leadership Development Training sessions at our corporate U.S. Headquarters in Greeley, CO
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree required
