Behavioral Health Technician

InGenesis is seeking a skilled Registered Behavioral Technician to join our team. As a key member of our client's care team, you will play a vital role in supporting residents with daily living activities.
Key Responsibilities- Assist residents with personal care tasks, including bathing, oral hygiene, and dressing.
- Perform health-related tasks, such as taking vital signs, collecting specimens, and responding to emergency situations.
- Transport residents to appointments and provide assistance as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the care team.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Montana Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification.
- Two years of experience working in a healthcare setting or group home.
- Excellent communication and observation skills.
