Job Title: RN Staff Nurse - Vascular Access

At HealthEcareers - Client, we are seeking a skilled RN Staff Nurse to join our team in a Vascular Access role. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing patient care and ensuring the highest level of quality and safety.

Job Summary:

The RN Staff Nurse - Vascular Access will be responsible for assessing, analyzing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care following established patient care standards. This includes providing consultation for providers and nurses on vascular access devices, placing and accessing implanted ports, and managing central venous access devices.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess and analyze patient needs to develop individualized care plans
  • Provide education and support to patients and families on vascular access devices and care
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and documentation
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Washington
  • One year of registered nursing experience or completion of the Legacy Health RN Residency program
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to navigate electronic systems and maintain accurate records
