Job SummaryWe are seeking a part-time Registration Clerk to join our team. As a Registration Clerk, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our patients receive timely and accessible care. Your responsibilities will include greeting patients, collecting fingerstick specimens, performing clerical functions, and maintaining CPR/BLS certification.
Key Responsibilities- Post laboratory results
- Greet patients and provide exceptional customer service
- Collect fingerstick specimens and phlebotomy as needed
- Maintain CPR/BLS certification
- Perform clerical functions, such as registration
- Recall clinic patients with reactive results via phone and email
- Schedule follow-up appointments
To be successful in this role, you will need a baccalaureate degree from an accredited college, including or supplemented by twelve semester credits in health education, or in health, social or biological sciences. Alternatively, you may have a baccalaureate degree and six months of full-time satisfactory experience in a health promotion or disease intervention/prevention program.
