Job Title: Prep Cook

At Red Lobster, we're looking for a skilled Prep Cook to join our culinary team. As a Prep Cook, you'll play a critical role in preparing delicious seafood dishes for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare food items to be cooked, maintaining a clean and organized work area.
  • Assist in food storage and ensure the correct ingredients are readily available for our culinary team.
  • Work collaboratively with our kitchen team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Culinary education is a plus.
  • Ability to remain on your feet for several hours at a time, lift and carry up to 45 pounds, and withstand higher temperatures.
