Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant 11PM-7AM

At Jonesboro Assisted Living Ctr, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to delivering exceptional care to our residents and will work collaboratively with our healthcare team to ensure the highest level of care.

Job Summary:

This is a full-time and part-time position with competitive wages and an excellent benefit package. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing nursing care to our residents in accordance with our Resident Care Policies and Procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide nursing care to residents in accordance with our Resident Care Policies and Procedures.
  • Assist residents with bathing, dressing, hygiene, and grooming in accordance with established Care Plans and Daily Care Guides.
  • Serve and collect food trays, feed residents requiring assistance, and provide meal supplements and fresh drinking water as needed.
  • Move or assist residents in moving to and from bed as necessary, and transport residents using wheelchairs or assist them with walking, as per Care Plans and Daily Care Guides.
  • Assist in keeping residents' rooms and equipment clean, neat, and orderly.
Qualifications:
  • High School Degree and previous Long Term Care Nursing Assistant experience preferred.
  • Possesses a current Nurse Aide Certification.
  • Is listed on the State Nurse Aide Registry.
  • Has no findings of resident abuse, mistreatment, neglect, or misappropriation of resident property listed on the registry.
  • Must be able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing, and possess sufficient communication skills to perform the tasks required.
