Job Summary

Allegiance Mobile Health is seeking a highly skilled Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) to join our team. As an EMT, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, responding to emergency and non-emergency calls, and working collaboratively with other emergency responders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care according to competencies and medical protocols
  • Respond to emergency and non-emergency calls, navigating various road conditions and weather conditions
  • Interact professionally with multiple outside agencies, including police departments, fire departments, and first responder organizations
  • Complete accurate and detailed patient care reports, billing information, and documentation in a timely manner
  • Maintain vehicles and equipment in a constant state of readiness, completing daily checklists and reporting any discrepancies
Requirements
  • High school diploma
  • Certified as an EMT in the State of Texas
  • CPR certification
  • Pre-Hospital Trauma Life Support (PHTLS) or International Trauma Life Support (ITLS) training
  • Valid Texas driver's license and insurable driving record
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 125 lbs. independently
  • Customer service skills
Work Schedule

This ambulance position offers a variety of schedules, including 8-hour shifts, 12-hour shifts, 24-hour shifts, and 48-hour shifts. We can accommodate a set school schedule, allowing you to balance work and education.
