Emergency Medical Technician

BMRT Ambulance District is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Time Emergency Medical Technician to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and responding to emergency calls in a rural setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working a set schedule, performing standard EMS duties associated with patient care.
- Providing critical thinking and decision-making skills to ensure effective patient care.
- Working independently and as part of a team to respond to emergency calls.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with colleagues and the community.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in 911 EMS.
- Leadership experience desired.
- ALS certification preferred.
Benefits:
- Full time employees receive 120 PTO hours a year.
- A stipend and uniform allowance are provided.
- A 24/48 schedule with Mondays as a Kelly day (5 day weekend every 3rd week).

BMRT Ambulance District is a rural EMS agency that only responds to 911 calls for service. We average 400 runs a year with transport times of 20 to 35 minutes depending on destination. This is an exciting opportunity to assist in the development and growth of a rapidly evolving program.
