About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Sous Chef to join our team at Lucas Oil Stadium and Indiana Convention Center. As a key member of our culinary leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of high-quality food and beverages to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and direct the activities of the culinary team to ensure seamless food service operations.
  • Develop and implement menus that meet the needs and expectations of our guests.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe and healthy environment for our guests and staff.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless event execution and exceptional guest experience.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a culinary leadership role, with a proven track record of success in managing high-volume food service operations.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines, with the ability to implement and maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of culinary professionals.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
