The Role:Curriculum Development:

Design and develop comprehensive training programs, including e-learning modules, instructor-led courses, job aids, and blended learning solutions tailored to service center needs. The Instructional Designer will work closely with subject matter experts, service center managers, and other stakeholders to ensure training content is accurate, relevant, and aligned with business goals.

Leadership and Performance Management Development:

Develop training programs focused on leadership development, performance management, and employee engagement. The Instructional Designer will analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven decisions.

Evaluation and Assessment:

Develop evaluation tools to measure the effectiveness of training programs, including assessments, surveys, and feedback mechanisms. The Instructional Designer will leverage learning management systems (preferably Bridge) and other technological platforms to deploy and track training initiatives.

Collaboration:

Work closely with subject matter experts, service center managers, and other stakeholders to ensure training content is accurate, relevant, and aligned with business goals. The Instructional Designer will facilitate training sessions as needed, both virtually and in-person.

Project Management:

Manage multiple instructional design projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes. The Instructional Designer will support other learning and development initiatives as required.

The Requirements:Experience:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in instructional design, preferably within a service center or customer service environment.
  • Proven experience in developing leadership and performance management training programs.
  • Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate), LMS platforms, and multimedia editing software.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM), and best practices in training development.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven decisions.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communication, or a related field.
  • Experience with gamification in training programs.
  • Certification in instructional design or a related field (e.g., CPLP, CPTD).
  • Familiarity with business operations and performance metrics.
Compensation and Benefits:

Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $68,000 - $75,000 USD per year. This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.

WTW provides a competitive benefit package which includes health and welfare benefits, leave benefits, and retirement benefits. All Level 38 and more senior roles may also be eligible for non-qualified Deferred Compensation and Deferred Savings Plans.
