We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at our Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Skilled Nursing Facilities in Loveland and Windsor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve meals, desserts, and snacks in accordance with our posted menu schedule, ensuring that all special diets and dietary concerns are met.
  • Serve meals that are palatable and presentable, maintaining a high standard of quality and presentation.
  • Ensure the kitchen and dining areas are clean, organized, and sanitized, adhering to health code requirements for food and beverage storage and hot/cold holding temperatures.
  • Estimate and prepare food supplies to meet serving portions, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Participate in continuing educational programs to enhance culinary skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Must be at least 17 years of age
  • Must be interested in geriatrics, able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
  • Knowledgeable of dietary techniques and procedures
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and/or 50 pounds occasionally
